Our team has extensive M&A, business ownership, operation and management, legal, financial/accounting, financing, and consulting experience. We have structured and closed hundreds of transactions, bringing the highest levels of precision, professionalism, proficiency, and personalized service.

Lawrence Brean, President. Larry is responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the firm. He has had a great deal of experience negotiating and expediting transactions from offer through closing. Mr. Brean has spent over a dozen years as a business transaction intermediary. Prior to that, during his 35 years of business experience, he has served in senior management positions in both public (Ryan Homes, Inc.) and private companies and has owned a manufacturing and distribution business. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a JD from Duquesne University. Mr. Brean is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and holds real estate brokers licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Randy Glezerman, Vice President. Randy has held business intermediary positions for the past 15 years. Mr. Glezerman previously practiced Commercial/Real Estate law in New Jersey. Mr. Glezerman's background has provided him the skills to help his clients more efficiently navigate the maze of buying and selling a business. He holds a BA from Rutgers University and a law degree from Mercer University (GA).

William P. Fusselbaugh, Director of Finance. Bill spearheads our capital advisory and placement services. He brings over 20 years of commercial finance and investment banking experience to the firm spanning many different industry types in both a private and public form of ownership. Bill interfaces with the firm's intermediaries to maximize our value added offered to our clients. He is experienced in leading transactions through legal and accounting due diligence, term sheet negotiation's valuation and closings.
